Samaritans
Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. We're here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Marie Curie provide a list of useful organisations on their website that provide useful services to people living with a terminal illness, their family, friends and carers. Most of these services are free, but Marie Curie have indicated any that you need to pay for.

The Good Grief Trust has an invaluable page where you will find a wealth of links to all kinds of bereavement support across the UK. This web page also lists telephone numbers for organisations who provide support over the phone if you need immediate help.

Provide general maintenance around the home and garden, completing the jobs that have built up over time whilst a family grieves, taking weight off of their shoulders. Professional maintenance personnel carry out the work required, sourced from the local area.
To apply for support you must be a parent, partner or child of a service man or woman who died whilst in service in the UK Armed Forces. The death can be through accident, conflict, illness or the person may have died by suicide and you do not have to be the registered Next of Kin .
